1. Who we are
Arvesta Elite Properties L.L.C ("Arvesta", "we") is a real estate brokerage licensed by RERA in Dubai (ORN 61099), at Office 01/901, Blacksea Business Center, Concord Tower, Media City, Dubai, UAE. We decide how your personal data is used, and we protect it in line with UAE law, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
2. What we collect
When you ask about a property through a form on this website, on Facebook or Instagram, or on WhatsApp, we collect:
- your name, WhatsApp or phone number, and email if you give it
- your answers: when you plan to buy, your budget, and whether you are buying for yourself or family, investing, an agent or looking for a job
- the project you asked about, the date and time, and the consent you gave
- the page and ad that brought you: the Google click ID (gclid) and campaign tags (such as utm_source and utm_campaign) in the link you arrived from
- the country your connection comes from (we do not keep your IP address)
- anything else you send us through forms, WhatsApp, email or calls, such as your location, nationality and property preferences
3. How we use it
- to answer your enquiry and send you price lists, floor plans and payment plans
- to give you real estate advice
- to register you with the developer, only when you choose a unit
- to measure which of our ads bring enquiries, and which enquiries become serious, so we spend less on ads that don't work
- to send updates or offers, only if you opt in
- to keep the records UAE law requires, including identity and anti-money-laundering checks
4. Legal basis
- your consent, which you give when you tick the box on our forms and can withdraw at any time
- the steps needed to provide real estate services you ask for
- our legitimate business interests, such as measuring our advertising
- legal obligations under UAE law
5. Who receives your data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. These organisations receive it, each only for the purpose shown:
- Vercel Inc. (United States), which hosts this website and stores the enquiries sent through its forms, in its Dubai data region.
- Google LLC (United States), which holds our lead sheet (Google Sheets) and runs our search ads. If you came from a Google ad, we keep the Google click ID with your enquiry and may report back to Google that the enquiry became a qualified lead, to measure our ads.
- Meta Platforms (Ireland and the United States), which runs Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. If you send an enquiry through a Facebook or Instagram form, Meta collects it and passes it to us; we may report back to Meta that the enquiry became a qualified lead, to measure our ads. Our messages to you travel over WhatsApp.
- Golden Choice Inc. (United States), our marketing partner, which runs our advertising and lead handling and sees enquiries for that purpose, under a written agreement with confidentiality obligations.
- The developer of a unit you choose, for example Danube Properties Development L.L.C for Shahrukhz Residences, to register you, reserve the unit and complete the purchase. We share your details with a developer only for a unit you choose.
- Our own sales and advisory team, and legal or regulatory authorities where UAE law requires.
6. Transfers outside the UAE
Some of the recipients above are in the United States or Europe, so your data may be processed outside the UAE. Each form tells you this before you send it. We only transfer what each recipient needs, under their terms of service or our written agreement with them.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Always on, needed for the site to work: this website stores your chosen currency in your own browser, and after you send a form it keeps a short-lived marker in that browser tab so the thank-you page shows. Neither is used for advertising.
Advertising measurement, only with your consent: our project pages use the Google tag (Google Ads conversion tracking) to count how many enquiries come from our Google ads. When you first visit, a cookie prompt asks you to accept or decline. If you accept, the Google tag sets cookies (such as _gcl_au) and reads the Google click ID from the ad link, and when you send an enquiry it reports a conversion to Google. If you decline, it does not set these cookies. If we add the Meta pixel to this website, it will work the same way, only after you accept. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of each page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
8. Storage and security
Website enquiries are kept in private storage that only our team and our marketing partner can open, and our lead sheet is shared only with them. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse. No online system is 100% secure.
9. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal, regulatory or accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. When you ask us to delete your enquiry, we delete it from our website storage and lead sheet.
10. Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or receive a copy, and you can object to its use or withdraw your consent at any time. To stop messages, reply STOP on WhatsApp. For any data request, write to info@arvestaelite.com.
11. Third-party links
Our website links to developers' materials and listing platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
12. Children
Our services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
13. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes appear on this page with a new date.
