Where Arvesta holds a Dubai Land Department advertising permit for a project, the project page shows it with its QR code.

We are not responsible for developer delays or cancellations, changes in pricing or specifications, or developers' legal obligations. Purchase agreements are between you and the developer or seller. Off-plan payments go to the project's escrow account, never to Arvesta.
