Project Overview

Verde Villas by Ajmal Makan is a new villa community on Al Thuraya Island, Al Hamriyah, Sharjah, with handover planned for Q4 2028. The project consists of 32 four-bedroom garden villas with plot sizes from 3,390 to 4,053 sq ft and a built-up area of 4,626 sq ft, with prices starting from AED 3,600,000. Sales launch on 11 November 2026, and expressions of interest are open now with a fully refundable EOI of AED 50,000. Payment plans: 10% / 20% / 70% for UAE residents and 20% / 10% / 70% for overseas investors, with 70% paid over 2 years after handover.

The villas are located on Al Thuraya Island in Al Hamriyah, Sharjah, part of Ajmal Makan's island waterfront developments on the Sharjah coast, with road access to Ajman, Sharjah and Dubai. Each villa comes with its own private garden.
